Entrepreneurs

Build good relationships with your customers

As an entrepreneur, it's important to get to know your customer, build relationships and trust. Let the customer make suggestions about your next project, discuss and vote.

PROBLEM

As an entrepreneur, it is complicated and expensive to constantly conduct market research on your customers' preferences. Customers are rarely motivated to respond to long forms. Many feel that companies do not listen to them but rather try to invent new needs through aggressive marketing.

THE SOLUTION

Use digital democracy to build a deep relationship with your customers. Show that you are a listening company that cares, takes customers' preferences, ideas and initiatives seriously. Build a grassroots community around your company with loyal followers who are co-creators in your company's development process.

Why use digital democracy?

  • Get to know your customer
Use our digital democracy tool Flowback to collect data about what your customers think, how they use your products and about their needs by linking a discussion forum and grassroots community to your business
  • Let customer preferences drive development
Let customers discuss, suggest, vote and rank new features that you actually implement. True customer empowerment creates engagement and loyalty
  • Loyal customers stay
Engage your customers through regular feedback on how the company is doing, involving them in key company decisions and product development. Show that your company listens and cares.

Ready for a global democratic revolution?
