1) We use score voting such that minorities with strong preferences can get their voices heard in our governance.
2) We strive toward equality of our board and workers, as well as their opportunities.
3) We do not accept any harassment or violence and will take legal action for any such occurrence.
4) We continuously evaluate how our active members experiences being part of the organization together with them and try to treat any experienced problems. Some examples that we treat are issues with work-life balance.
5) We make sure that we have competence about different types of discrimination from an intersectional perspective.
6) We also have a process for creating statistics about the organization.
